Kalua Pork: A Hawaiian tradition! Slow cooked shredded pork. Served with steamed Jasmine rice, Lomi-Lomi Salmon salsa ( Smoked salmon, fresh tomato, onion and cilantro) and Haupia.
Mahi-Mahi with Crab Cream Sauce: Fresh Mahi Mahi baked then topped with a sautéed white wine and crab cream sauce.
Slow-Cooked Ribs: Baby backs slow cooked and finished on the grill, brushed with our homemade specialty barbecue sauce.
Blackened Chicken Penne Pasta: Penne pasta smothered in a creamy white wine sauce with blackened chicken breast , sundried tomatoes, spinach, herbs and seasonings then finished with grated parmesan cheese.
Pepper Crust Tuna: 8oz. sashimi grade tuna steak dusted with our own blend of pepper and ginger then seared. Served with a ginger ponzu sauce and wasabi.
Blackened Salmon- A marinated salmon filet blackened and served atop a sesame vineaigrette salad, expertly topped with a papaya & black bean salsa. And many other mouthwatering, homemade selections. Don't forget to leave room for one of our

Pupus (Hawaiian for Delicious Appetizers)
Crab Cakes-Jumbo Lump Crab cakes baked to perfection and served with a creamy plum chili sauce.
Asian Nachos- Crispy fried Won-ton chips topped with shrimp, mozzarella cheese, pico de gallo, Thai peanut sauce, Plum chili sauce and garnishes.
Kalua Pork Quesadillas- A large flour tortilla stuffed with Kalua pork ( A traditional Hawaiian slow roasted shredded pork.), Mozzarella cheese, and a Guava B.B.Q. sauce.
Other delicious selections include Spinach Artichoke Dip, Pepper-Crust Tuna, Fried Calamari, Chicken Wings in our special wing sauce, Fried Mozzarella and Chicken Tenders. |
Salads
Thai Chicken Salad- Fresh mixed greens tossed with our own Thai peanut dressing, roasted shredded coconut, peanuts and shredded carrots. Topped with sliced grilled chicken breast and bean sprouts.
Caesar Salad- Fresh romaine lettuce tossed in a Ceasar dressing and topped with shredded parmesan cheese and croutons. Finished with your choice of grilled chicken breast or grilled , mahi-mahi.

Big Island Chicken Sandwich-Chicken breast marinated in terriyaki sauce blended with seasoning and grilled then topped w/ grilled pineapple, bacon strips and melted provolone cheese.
"Name Your Own" Burger -1/2 lb. all beef burger served with lettuce and tomato. Add your choice of toppings!
Mahi Mahi- Your choice of Grilled or Blackened Mahi-Mahi with lettuce,tomato and tartar sauce.
Grilled Turkey Panini- Pressed Foccacia bread stuffed w/ smoked turkey breast, pesto mayonaise, bacon, fresh avacado and sprouts.
Philly Cheesesteak- Seasoned thinly sliced beefsteak with sauteed mushrooms and onions on a hoagie roll finished with melted provolone cheese.
Thai Chicken Wrap- Grilled Thai chicken breast shaved thin with fresh mixed greens shredded coconut, sprouts, carrots and peanuts with a Thai peanut dressing and a gourmet flour tortilla wrap.
